Welcome to Trans Health UK. This website is written and run by a group of trans people to provide resources to the UK’s trans community on healthcare issues we face.
We started this site as a response to the specific needs of trans people during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, when our healthcare was drastically interrupted. We work to provide up-to-date information on this, and also broader healthcare and resilience resources for trans people.
We work to provide up-to-date UK-specific information on:
- Frequently asked questions on COVID-19 healthcare interruptions
- NHS Gender identity clinics during COVID-19
- Private trans health services during COVID-19
We are also compile lists of resources for trans resilience and navigating UK trans healthcare.
All information provided on this website is from a team of volunteers. We are not paid for this work and we are not professionals, but we are all trans people with personal experience of the healthcare system in the UK.
You can navigate our information pages using the sidebar on the right.
